Private Bank
We have already established an essential relationship with a private bank, The bank has agreed, in principle, to purchase Lien Claim Assets (“CLAs”) en-masse, thus providing the trustees with one monetisation option as part of our Liquidation strategy.
Other Underlying Asset Liquidation Options
There are numerous methods by which the underlying assets might be realised.
That having been said, liquidation is not essential.
Since the underlying LCAs are in-turn backed by underlying assets (often real estate), the potential for, and prospect, of an underlying growth in value is abundantly clear.
