No refund of Membership Fee is available:
1. once you access the private side of the Website, and or
2. You are ejected from the Site for violating the Terms of Use,
3. because You made a donation when joining the Site [Donations are Gifts, and once given becomes property of the Donee]
To avoid upset – you should either wait 14 days before accessing the private side of the Site which you should consider a cooling-off period, after which the cooling-off period will be lost and no refund can be considered.
Obviously once you have read or seen our content, you cannot unread or unsee it.

No refund is available once you access a course, and or download course handouts.

Refunds
If You want a Refund You must contact Us FIRST and provide Us with an opportunity to review Your request and the basis upon which You believe You are entitled to a Refund.
If You simply ask Your bank for a Refund and cause Us to incur avoidable and or unnecessary Processing Fees, We reserve the right to, and You agree that We may, pursue You for the original payment You made, plus all additional Processing Fees, plus interests, administration, collections and enforcement charges.
Where a refund is agreed and processed it may take up to 28 days to appear in Your account depending on Your Bank or Card processor.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
