RaBytz is a crypto currency backed by Commercial Lien Assets. Rabytz uses the blockchain technology of the Monero privacy coin as its foundation.
Commercial Lien Assets (“CLAs”) are Security Interests backed by the tangible and intangible assets of those indebted by the Lien.
In other words: Ra-Bytz is backed Securities (Liens), which in turn are backed by the underlying tangible and intangible assets of those against whom the Lien has been recorded (Lien Debtors).
